John has had a 43-year career in the IT, Communications and related technology industries. For 25 years, he worked for and was trained by many of the world's premier companies, including General Electric Company, ICI, Ford Motor Company, IBM, Unilever, Thorn EMI, and Andersen Consulting (Accenture). Following this career with premier companies, he has spent the last 20 years in the start-up, restructuring, refinancing, merger and acquisition of technology businesses with turnovers from £2 million to £250 million in Europe and the USA acting as Chief Executive, Executive Chairman or Chief Restructuring Officer.

James Anderson
CEO

A graduate of Heriot-Watt University, James has been involved in the formation of a number of SMEs, notably the VC-backed VeriSIM where he created the core technology and built a strong blue chip client base. The company won several awards for innovation and James was a finalist in the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2004. Having left the position of CEO in 2007 to co-found Visual Insight, James still acts in a consultancy role.

Mike Hensman

Mike Hensman, is a commercially astute Managing Director and Sales & Marketing professional with more than thirty years of international experience establishing, strategically developing and turning around the performance of new and existing businesses, winning substantial contracts and building strategic partnerships and client loyalty.

After studying accountancy in the energy supply industry Mike left to join Olivetti in 1970 to start his career working in the software, IT and technology industry. Previous roles include: Managing Director UK at COGNOS, VP Channels EMEA at Eyretel Plc, Managing Director European & AsiaPac Operations at MessagingDirect/ACI, UK Managing Director at QSP Plc, UK General Manager/Director at Cyrano and Managing Director at Radius Computer Services Ltd.
